🚨🚨 Attention!!! 🚨🚨 ⁣ I get it, you are trying to stay fit and healthy amongst all this chaos, that’s great and you should. BUT take a step back for a minute… Have you been smashing daily HIIT sessions at home for the last week or two? If so, I suggest you read on and take these points into consideration.⁣ ⁣ It’s great if you have been doing the above. You want to keep moving, be active, be fit. Movement is good. But all of a sudden you have gone from doing not a lot of HIIT training to tanking it for an hour or two in a day… As a result few problems may arise. ⁣ HIIT training puts a lot of stress on your body, particularly high impact stuff where you are jumping around. Added stress in a time where your body is probably in the most stressed state than it has ever been is not a good move!⁣ ⁣ Secondly, you don’t want to get injured… Trip to hospitals right now is not where you want to be... ⁣ Plus you don’t have access to physios and osteopaths…. The people that can fix you when things break!⁣ ⁣ Keep moving, be active but PLEASE consider these points above. Otherwise tons of you might find yourself crippled in a few weeks time.⁣ ⁣ Finally, you’re probably going to want to vary your training a little bit. If you’ve been lifting weights then probably a good idea to try and hold onto your muscle mass through some resistance training each week.⁣ ⁣ By all means keep up with some HIIT sessions but also keep in mind that there are ways how things needs to be done.

If you're looking out for something that can help you train at home and you're not in a position to hire a coach due to xyz reasons check out my E-Book which has detail description of each exercise on how to perform and different types of workout protocols included in it at an affordable price.
